The Spring Festival is a food and beverage festival that includes the Delifestival, Licorice Festival, and Street Food. The festival also hosts the competition "National Pastry of the Year" where Sweden's top pastry chefs compete. Visitors can book spots for drink tastings and Foodlab. There is also a Champagne & Wine Bar.
