Midsommarafton på Gunnes gård 2026

On Midsummer Eve, we have extended sales at the courtyard! Between 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM, we have extended sales at the courtyard. Come and shop for jewelry and other historical items! Between 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM, the fire will be lit for those who want to bake Viking-style bread (Cost 30 kr). During this time, there will also be activities outside in the yard, such as games and quizzes, and others. NOTE! No sausage grilling in the yard on Midsummer Eve! There are often extra crowds at Gunnes Gård on Midsummer Eve. To avoid congestion and danger, the fire this day is reserved for bread baking. During the Midsummer weekend, June 20 – 21, visitors are welcome to bring their own sausages to grill. An organized Midsummer celebration will take place on the soccer field outside Gunnes Gård during the day. Welcome!
