Stockholm Mini Marathon 2026

Welcome to Stockholm Mini Marathon, the big running festival for all boys and girls between 5 and 14 years old. Experience a real marathon feel with warm-ups, starts in each age group, encouraging volunteers, water stations along the course, and a grand finish at Stockholm Stadion. All runners receive an adidas T-shirt to run in and a race number, and after finishing, they receive a medal, goodie bag with products, and finish line service with something energizing to eat and drink. A fun new feature this year is that the distance for the age groups 13 and 14 years is 4,200 meters. The important thing is not to come first or get a good time but to have fun. Run fast, take it a bit easier, or jog around with friends. Running the Mini Marathon and finishing at Stockholm Stadion, participating in the wonderful day at the activity field is a really fun experience for both children and parents. At Östermalms IP, you will also be able to try out some different athletics events with the associations Hässelby SK and Spårvägen FK. There will also be food sales both at the Stadion and the activity field at Östermalms IP. The starts for the Mini Marathon will take place on the grassy area at Ryttarstadion K1 Gärdet since we need more space this year. Younger siblings, 0-4 years, are of course also welcome to join and experience running a race and the joy of movement. Leo’s Minsta Maran course is about 250 meters, and all children receive a T-shirt, medal, and something nice after finishing.
