Tranströmerbiblioteket is located one flight up from Medborgarplatsen, on floor 4 if you use the elevator. You can also return books and read newspapers in our foyer, with an entrance from Götgatan. We are a cashless library. You can pay by card or Swish. Two flights up you will find Tranströmerbiblioteket's youth section PUNKT, on floor 5 if you use the elevator. We have several computers that you can borrow to, for example, use the internet. The computers are in the reception area on floor 4, one flight up from Medborgarplatsen. The computers cannot be booked in advance, it is drop-in. Our printer is located in the library on floor 4 (one flight up from Medborgarplatsen). There you can also copy and scan. You can print and copy in black and white and color, in both A4 and A3. There is also a copier and printer for young people at PUNKT. The printout is then collected by the staff at the information desk. We have four toilets. Two toilets are located directly to the left in the entrance to the library on floor 4 (one flight up from Medborgarplatsen). Visits to these toilets cost 5 kronor and are paid by card. In the children's section there is a toilet for children. At PUNKT there is a toilet for young people. Visits to these toilets are free. We have about thirty places where you can sit and study. The study places are in the adult section, floor 4 and on floor 3 where we also have newspapers and magazines and returns. We do not have a study room. If you have difficulty reading printed books or have difficulty coming to the library yourself, we can help you in various ways. We have aids and literature that are specially adapted for dyslexia or other reading disabilities. Our premises are also specially adapted for people with disabilities of various kinds. Dog in service is welcome in all our libraries (for example, guide dog or assistance dog). Hearing loop is available at the information desk, also during stage programs. Order the car to Medborgarplatsen 6, where one of the library's entrances is located. Inform the driver that it is allowed to drive to Medborgarplatsen at Folkungagatan 43 (after/via the tunnel, on the "back side" of Medborgarhuset). Boken kommer is a free service for those who, for example, are chronically ill or have a mobility impairment and cannot come to the library themselves. If you have difficulty reading printed text due to a disability, you get free access to Legimus. At the library you get help to register an account in Legimus. All our libraries subscribe to newspapers and magazines that you can read on site in the library. You can also read digital newspapers, magazines and articles in Pressreader, Artikelsök and Retriever Mediearkivet. Study driving theory for free with Trafiko at the library! Connect to the library's WiFi to access videos, driving license questions, e-book and audiobook. The theory is available in Swedish, English, Persian and Arabic. At the library there is equipment for genealogy and literature on the subject. On all bookable computers in the libraries there is access to ArkivDigital and Riksarkivet.
