Frequently Asked Questions
What age and height are treetop courses for?
It varies by course. Many sites have lower trails for the youngest (often from age 4–5 or a minimum height such as 110 cm) and higher, tougher courses for older kids and teens. Check the age/height requirements at each venue before you go.
What should we wear?
Comfortable clothes you can move in and proper shoes (no sandals). Long hair tied back. A harness and helmet are usually included and provided on site.
Do we need to book in advance?
Often yes — especially on weekends and during school holidays, when slots per time window are limited. Booking online in advance is the safest way to secure a place.
Does it run in the rain?
Most courses are outdoors and stay open in light rain, but may close in thunderstorms or rough weather. Check the venue's same-day update if the forecast is uncertain.
