On August 29, Folkparken will be part of the brand new dance band festival I Love Dansband when Korsängen in Kungsängen transforms into a vibrant meeting place where Upplands-Bro's community life is at the center. The municipality will participate on-site. Folkparken is a gathering place that showcases the fantastic community life and engagement present in Upplands-Bro – while thousands of festival visitors come to the municipality during I Love Dansband. During the afternoon, visitors of all ages can meet local associations, try out various activities, discover new interests, and be inspired by the great engagement in the municipality. Folkparken is a place where community, joy, and meetings are in focus – all that makes Upplands-Bro an active and lively municipality. As the afternoon transitions into evening, the experience continues with I Love Dansband, featuring some of Sweden's top dance bands, good food, activities, and a wonderful festival atmosphere. Thus, Folkparken becomes a natural part of a new festival tradition that unites community life, culture, and music in the heart of Upplands-Bro.
