GRATIS PROVA PÅ PARKOUR & BAMSEGYMPA

Come and try parkour and Bamsegympa completely free before the term starts. All lessons are age-specific, and we offer trial lessons at various locations from Hässelby in the north to Skarpnäck in the south. See the list of locations as well as when, where, and for which age group on the registration page. Note that registration is free upon attendance so that as many as possible can have the chance to try. Cancel your spot if you cannot attend after you have registered.
