Life is wonderful, mom! is a poetic and playful musical performance for children and families that revolves around the beautiful and fragile things around us – a parent's love and security, nature, and animals. But also the realization that nature can sometimes be both cruel and dangerous. Flowers wilt, animals eat each other, and human exploitation threatens the living. The audience is invited on a musical excursion with some of the country's most prominent musicians in jazz, classical music, folk music, and pop.
