Ninja World & OCR Heaven

Welcome to Europe's largest indoor obstacle course! We have over 150 obstacles for children and adults. Here you can develop together with your children in playful training – everyone finds a challenge with us. All our obstacle courses are open during the gym's regular opening hours. You do not need to be a member; we have day passes according to the price list below. The day pass gives access to the ENTIRE facility, including our wonderful swimming pool. Our obstacle courses are padded and secured to make your visit a safe experience. The entire facility is approved by KIWA Inspect, which conducts annual inspections of all obstacles. Ninja World consists of a variety of obstacles that require strength, endurance, balance, and technique. The obstacles are grouped into 6 different courses. On the lower floor, there are courses 1–4, each with 8 obstacles. Course 1 is the easiest, and the difficulty increases with the course number. Most people can already manage some or several of the obstacles in the first courses from the start. On the upper floor, there are course 5 and course 6 with a total of 35 obstacles. These courses are the hardest, and only a few can complete all the obstacles there. Parkour – In Ninja World, there is a small parkour course with 10 obstacles primarily intended for younger children. Baby Park – In Ninja World, children's motor skills are trained with differently shaped soft blocks that children can puzzle together according to their own imagination. Here, very young children thrive as they start their gym careers with us. Parents can sit in the Family Corner nearby and keep an eye on their little ones. OCR Heaven offers some of the classic Ninja obstacles, but some obstacles have more of a military obstacle character. In OCR Heaven, there are over 60 obstacles and 12 treadmills. On the floor below OCR Heaven, there is a Bouldering Cave where you can train grip strength and climbing technique. Here, we also train several of the rope techniques included in the Survival concept. On this floor, there is also a Strong Man Lane where you can train Farmers Walk, Sled Push, Sled Pull, and Atlas stones.
