Obstacle course training at its most fun! We build a large and challenging obstacle course that trains participants' strength, agility, balance, and endurance. If you wish to participate, you can register your child through the booking page, choosing the option that suits you. The entire event lasts about 55 minutes. We gather for a warm-up and then focus on different parts of the obstacle course. After practicing each section, there is time to run the entire obstacle course in one continuous sequence. If someone wishes to time themselves and compete, a parent can assist. Parents are welcome to watch and cheer.
