Solna Simhall och Gym

The new Solna swimming hall was inaugurated in September 2022. The swimming hall consists of a 25-meter pool with 12 lanes, a teaching pool, a flexible multi-pool with a height-adjustable bottom, a children's pool, sauna, and changing rooms. You will also find a swim shop and café here. Solna swimming hall is operated by Medley on behalf of Solna city. Here, the whole family can move together – in the same place, at the same time, and in their own way. There is room for training, swimming, and recovery under the same roof. Family training is community, energy, and movement in everyday life! Movement is life. From the first dip as a child, to gym sessions, group training, water training, personal training, and enjoyable recovery moments. We believe in the joy of movement that lasts a lifetime.
