Solna Simhall och Gym

Nya Solna swimming hall was inaugurated in September 2022. The swimming hall consists of a 25-meter pool with 12 lanes, a teaching pool, a flexible multi-pool with a height-adjustable bottom, a children's pool, sauna, and changing rooms. You will also find a swim shop and café here. Solna swimming hall is operated by Medley on behalf of Solna municipality. With us, the whole family can be active – in the same place, at the same time, and in their own way. Here, training, swimming, and recovery coexist under one roof. Family training is community, energy, and movement in everyday life! Movement is life. From the first dip as a child, to gym sessions, group training, water training, personal training, and enjoyable recovery moments. We believe in the joy of movement that lasts a lifetime.
