Swimming Pool

Solna Simhall och Gym

The new Solna swimming hall was inaugurated in September 2022. The swimming hall consists of a 25-meter pool with 12 lanes, a teaching pool, a flexible multi-pool with a height-adjustable bottom, a children's pool, sauna, and changing rooms. You will also find a swim shop and café here. Solna swimming hall is operated by Medley on behalf of Solna municipality. At Medley, the whole family can find their thing. Sometimes together, sometimes separately. Children can attend swimming lessons while you train or take a swim. You can swim together, let the children play and move around, or just do something fun to break the routine. Medley offers more ways to train. Gym, group training, swimming, and water training are all part of our training offerings. The combination of training on land and in water provides more opportunities to vary your workout.
