Solna Simhall och Gym

The new Solna swimming hall was inaugurated in September 2022. The swimming hall consists of a 25-meter pool with 12 lanes, a teaching pool, a flexible multi-pool with a height-adjustable bottom, a children's pool, sauna, and changing rooms. There is also a swim shop and café. Solna swimming hall is operated by Medley on behalf of Solna Municipality. There is also a gym, group training, and water training. Activities for the whole family, from the first dip as a child to gym sessions, group training, water training, personal training, and relaxing recovery moments.
