Tyresö Aquarena, operated by Medley on behalf of Tyresö municipality, offers a gym, group training, courses, and a café. It also features one of Stockholm's most beautiful family swimming areas in a tropical world with something for all children, including an adventure pool, water slide, children's splash area, hot tub, and saunas. The gym is equipped with modern cardio and strength training machines from Technogym. The facility also offers water training, swimming school, and swimming courses. The whole family can exercise – in the same place, at the same time, and in their own way. Family training is community, energy, and movement in everyday life! Be sure to visit the café for a cup of coffee or another refreshment and maybe a snack.
