Tyresö Aquarena offers a gym, group training, courses, and a café. It also features one of Stockholm's most beautiful family baths in a tropical setting with something for all children! If you enjoy group training, there's everything from yoga to high-intensity classes like Bodypump or Bodycombat. The gym is equipped with modern cardio and strength training machines from Technogym, easy to use for strength, conditioning, and calorie burning. Don't forget to visit the café for a coffee or other refreshments and perhaps a bite to eat. Tyresö Aquarena is operated by Medley on behalf of Tyresö municipality.
