Vilundabadet in Upplands-Väsby has a gym, group training, swimming, and a café. We also have one of Stockholm's most delightful family swimming areas with a water slide, current pool, and Free Fall. Vilundabadet is a perfect meeting place for the whole family. Here you will find group training sessions for all interests and needs. Additionally, you can participate in water training - just as effective as training on land and gentler on muscles and joints. If you prefer to train in the gym, we offer versatile training with both machines and free weights. Our trained staff is available to answer training questions and when you need motivation to reach your goals. Vilundabadet opened in 2009 and has since been a meeting point for everyone who wants to swim, train, and socialize on land and in water.
