Kulturfestivalen 2026

Every year during week 33, central Stockholm is filled with concerts, dance, performing arts, film, art, literature, and activities for all ages. For five days, the city's streets, squares, and parks are transformed into festival areas with free admission and hundreds of program points. Here, international guest performances, local cultural actors, established artists, and new expressions meet. Whether you come for a concert, a dance workshop, a film screening, or just want to experience the city in a new way, there is always something to discover. The festival was first organized in 2005 and has since become a recurring meeting place for culture in the public space.
