Östermalm Library, Fältöversten is a large city center library with a children's section and an adult section. The library is centrally located one floor up in the Fältöversten shopping center between Karlaplan and Valhallavägen, with the entrance from Valhallavägen. We are a cashless library. You can pay with card or Swish.
